What you will do

• Lead construction field teams, providing coaching and direction on installation schedules and labor needs.
• Manage projects from initial survey through completion, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.
• Champion a safety-first culture by conducting audits and ensuring compliance with elevator codes and regulations.
• Monitor financial performance using ERP software to manage cost impacts and protect project profitability.
• Handle project documentation, including change orders, purchase orders, and billing.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and architects to ensure project satisfaction and timely delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience; supervisory experience leading union technicians preferred.
• Experience in the elevator industry preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
