What you will do
- Lead construction field teams, providing coaching and direction on installation schedules and labor needs.
- Manage projects from initial survey through completion, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met.
- Champion a safety-first culture by conducting audits and ensuring compliance with elevator codes and regulations.
- Monitor financial performance using ERP software to manage cost impacts and protect project profitability.
- Handle project documentation, including change orders, purchase orders, and billing.
- Collaborate with customers, contractors, and architects to ensure project satisfaction and timely delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience; supervisory experience leading union technicians preferred.
- Experience in the elevator industry preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
