Salary: $71,000 – $91,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute complex software implementation projects while aligning scope, timeline, and business outcomes with executive-level client sponsors.
• Own the onboarding efforts for new and existing customers, translating objectives into best-practice recommendations.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and communication cadences to deliver on time and on budget.
• Track project scope and manage change orders when needed in partnership with the customer.
• Produce weekly status reports and executive communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and coach project team members across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably with a Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or 5+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise-grade software implementation or professional services projects (or related customer-facing consulting).
• Proven success leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams (up to 5 members) on engagements valued at $0.5M+.
• Strong knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10–15% for customer onsite meetings.
