What you will do

• Develop and capture new business opportunities within the Data Center market in Brazil and Latin America.
• Work predominantly externally to prospect and build relationships with Big Techs, EPCs, and integrators.
• Influence technical and commercial decisions during the initial phases of strategic projects.
• Manage a qualified project pipeline to ensure visibility and predictability.
• Collaborate with internal business units to promote cross-selling and complete solution offerings.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory opportunities, and tax incentives relevant to the sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing, or related fields.
• Solid experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Market Development.
• Proven experience in Datacenters, infrastructure, or energy sectors.
• Expertise in consultative negotiation and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.
• Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
