TL;DR

Client Success Director (Public Sector): Leading a team to manage and grow B2B relationships within the public sector for a global wellness platform with an accent on retention, revenue growth, and strategic account management. Focus on implementing ROI narratives for C-suite stakeholders, driving AI adoption within the team, and ensuring compliance with Brazilian public sector legislation.

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil. Flexible work options can be discussed with the hiring manager.

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing Client Success team to achieve their full potential.
  • Own end-to-end client relationships, developing growth strategies from onboarding through renewal.
  • Drive retention and revenue growth through risk mitigation and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level Business Reviews with C-suite and senior HR/Finance stakeholders using ROI narratives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute member growth strategies and advocate for client needs.
  • Integrate AI tools into day-to-day operations to improve productivity and client interaction quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven experience in B2B Client Success or Account Management specifically for Public Sector entities.
  • Deep knowledge of Brazilian legislation regulating public sector contracts (Laws 14.133/21 and 13.303/16).
  • Experience managing people managers or senior team leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and CRM platforms.
