TL;DR
Global Partner Program Director (SaaS): Leading the strategy and growth of reseller, referral, and channel partner programs with an accent on partner onboarding, enablement, and revenue contribution. Focus on operationalizing indirect sales environments, driving net new ARR, and managing cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and external partners.
Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner onboarding processes, training resources, and certification programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to co-create partner pipeline strategies and drive net new ARR.
- Track and optimize partner performance using KPIs such as pipeline, activation rates, and win rates.
- Act as a bridge between internal sales, marketing, and external partners to coordinate joint efforts and co-selling motions.
- Manage partner data integrity within Salesforce to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years of operations experience in channel partnerships, partner program management, or indirect sales within a scaling SaaS company.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Solid understanding of channel sales models including VARs, ISVs, MSPs, and GSIs.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes for partner lifecycle management.
- Experience using Salesforce for reporting and driving data-driven decisions.
- Must be based in or able to work from the São Paulo corporate office.
Nice to have
- Experience managing partner/alliances for major software vendors like SAP or Oracle.
- Deep understanding of the regional enterprise IT ecosystem.
- MBA degree.
