• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, and institutional construction sectors.
• Develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies to align with company goals.
• Calculate pricing and provide technical solutions for formwork and scaffolding projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the offer-to-cash process to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering departments to deliver high-quality customer exhirify.globalences.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and pipeline data within the company CRM.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Burnaby, British Columbia
• Minimum 3 years of exhirify.globalence in sales, business development, or project management for large-scale projects.
• Post-secondary education in engineering, construction, or equivalent field exhirify.globalence.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
