Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON (Office located near Union Station and ScotiaBank arena).
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 CAD + commission target.

What you will do
- Manage full sales cycles, including lead generation, discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients in the assigned territory.
- Present value propositions of 's multifamily, commercial, and housing management solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts within the internal CRM.
- Represent the company at relevant marketing events and industry gatherings.
- Prepare performance reports and continuously develop product and industry expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
