Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON (Office located near Union Station and ScotiaBank arena).

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 CAD + commission target.

What you will do

  • Manage full sales cycles, including lead generation, discovery, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients in the assigned territory.
  • Present value propositions of hirify.global's multifamily, commercial, and housing management solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts within the internal CRM.
  • Represent the company at relevant marketing events and industry gatherings.
  • Prepare performance reports and continuously develop product and industry expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles and CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

  • Domain experience with hirify.global products.
  • Industry experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
