Commercial Inside Sales Client Advisor (Technology Sales): Managing customer accounts and supporting field executives to provide an exceptional customer experience with an accent on identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities and growing a book of business. Focus on building meaningful relationships, navigating technology solutions, and meeting sales goals.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with the expectation of being in the office 1-2 times per week.

Salary: $46,200 (base) – $66,000 (base + incentives at target) per year

  • Manage customer accounts day-to-day.
  • Partner with Field Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist customers in choosing contracts and purchasing options.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Diversify and grow an active book of business.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors, partners, and specialists.

Requirements

  • Analytical and strategic approach to sales goals.
  • Passion for learning enterprise technology.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record as a metric-driven salesperson.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales, retail, or account management experience.
  • Must follow a USA holiday schedule.
