What you will do

  • Proactively manage sales leads and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
  • Verify insurance benefits and coordinate documentation for rapid payment authorization.
  • Communicate product features and therapy benefits to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, and fax.
  • Resolve patient barriers to therapy adoption using persuasive sales techniques.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system in compliance with PIPEDA privacy guidelines.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Quebec, Canada
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in sales support, telesales, or medical device customer service.
  • Ability to document calls in real-time while speaking with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance reimbursement processes and medical equipment policies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
