What you will do

• Prepare monthly journal entries and conduct detailed P&L and balance sheet variance analysis.
• Architect and implement AI-driven efficiencies in journal entry and reconciliation workflows.
• Ensure 100% controllership integrity and adherence to finance policies during review and audit periods.
• Utilize AI tools like Gemini and Copilot to streamline audit documentation and evidence gathering.
• Support accounting leadership with ad hoc reporting and strategic special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivots and vlookups.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in using AI tools to automate repetitive financial tasks.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with Oracle Financials.
• Previous experience in public accounting or auditing.
