What you will do

• Analyze monthly financial variances and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting for the insurance solutions segment.
• Execute quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting activities to provide leadership with financial trajectories.
• Build and maintain advanced data visualizations using Power BI to transform financial data into business insights.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric and Power Query to integrate diverse datasets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on company priorities and revenue expectations.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Must be based in or able to work from Oxford, MS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial results to leadership.
