What you will do

• Administer sales compensation plans, including Xactly setup, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews.
• Identify operational issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop process improvements.
• Manage accruals and generate ad hoc reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding commission payments and policies in a timely manner.
• Document compensation processes and assist with Xactly implementation and reporting development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
