What you will do

• Administer equity programs including profits interests, RSUs, and PSUs.
• Execute grant, vesting, and exercise processes within the Fidelity stock platform.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insider trading policies.
• Conduct audits of equity data and resolve employee inquiries.
• Run reports and analyze data to support compensation and benefits decision-making.
• Partner with Finance and HR stakeholders to manage global projects and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be physically located within the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in equity administration, HR, Finance, or Accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
