What you will do

• Lead enterprise architecture for cloud modernization and transformation programs, aligning business strategy, IT strategy, and execution.
• Define secure target-state application, data, infrastructure, security, and integration architectures across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Develop cloud readiness assessments, application rationalization analyses, migration roadmaps, business cases, ROI models, and TCO models.
• Guide cloud operating model, governance, platform engineering, product-centric delivery, and FinOps initiatives.
• Translate architecture into epics, backlogs, delivery plans, and execution governance while resolving architectural risks and trade-offs.
• Lead executive workshops, advise CIOs and other senior stakeholders, mentor architects and consultants, and develop reusable architecture frameworks and modernization assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, cloud consulting, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Lead Cloud Architect, or Cloud Transformation Lead.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and communicate effectively with executives.
• Strong facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with global system integrators or top-tier consulting firms.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Architect, TOGAF, or FinOps Practitioner certification.
• Experience with platform engineering, product operating models, DevSecOps, cloud-native architectures, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to organizational change management and IT operating model transformation.
