Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Foster City, CA office (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Fri)
Compensation: $171,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Evolve compensation philosophy, salary bands, leveling frameworks, and equity structures.
- Partner with Data Science to define compensation data schemas and unified data models for AI integration.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows for offers, merit, promotions, and market adjustments.
- Build human-in-the-loop validation frameworks to audit AI-generated recommendations.
- Own the compensation tech stack, including build vs. buy decisions and HRIS/ATS integrations.
- Develop analytical frameworks for market competitiveness, internal equity, and workforce cost.
Requirements
- 8+ years in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles.
- Deep expertise in salary bands, equity design, and market benchmarking.
- Strong systems thinker capable of translating policy into scalable workflows.
- Product mindset with experience in user-centric design and iteration.
- Ability to partner effectively with Data and Engineering teams on architecture.
- Must be able to work from the Foster City, CA office on a hybrid schedule (Mon/Wed/Fri).
