TL;DR

Product Leader (EdTech): Driving end-to-end growth for the Monsterverse and Dojo Islands with an accent on user acquisition, activation, and retention. Location: Remote (Must have significant hours overlap with Americas time zones)

Salary: $183,000 – $250,000 (USD)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel for Dojo Islands, including awareness, install, activation, and retention.
  • Coordinate a cross-company roadmap to drive Monthly Active Kids metrics across the flagship app and school network.
  • Lead a high-leverage product team to set direction, ship features, and iterate rapidly.
  • Work directly with co-founders to define and execute long-term growth strategies.
  • Analyze funnels, build dashboards, and write SQL queries to inform product decisions.
  • Integrate AI into product processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning top-line growth metrics and leading initiatives that measurably moved DAU/WAU or retention.
  • Background in gaming, social, or gamified products with a deep understanding of activation and retention.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, including hands-on data analysis and SQL proficiency.
  • Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Must have significant hours overlap with Americas time zones.
  • Experience with AI tools and their application in product development.

Nice to have

  • Founder or early-stage startup experience (pre-Series B).
  • Experience with kids' products or platforms involving trust and safety considerations.
  • Background in cross-functional growth loops, viral mechanics, or in-product distribution.
