Compensation: $200,000 – $232,000 (Total)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end learner platform experience across various segments, including students and institutional partners.
• Lead the development of AI-powered learning features such as personalized tutoring and automated grading.
• Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with user engagement and learning outcome objectives.
• Establish KPIs and experimentation frameworks to measure and improve platform retention.
• Conduct user research to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to balance asynchronous and live learning experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Significant experience leading and scaling digital products with active user bases.
• Proven track record of launching AI-enabled products or workflows.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in entrepreneurial environments.
• Experience with SQL, product analytics platforms, and prototyping tools.
