Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences from initial roadmap to rollout.
• Design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
• Partner with OpenAI to integrate services directly into the ChatGPT App and deploy next-generation voice models.
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the broader organization to establish AI best practices.
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven expertise and deep interest in modern LLM systems.
• Proficiency in SQL to analyze data and validate hypotheses independently.
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs regarding API design and system architecture.
• Track record of transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
