What you will do

• Establish and maintain program reporting and KPIs to communicate status, risks, and accomplishments.
• Lead cross-functional planning to scale vehicle testing operations and align activities with corporate goals.
• Proactively identify and drive resolution of issues impacting testing efficiency and manufacturing readiness.
• Track key service performance metrics including MTBF, MTTD, MTTR, and fleet availability.
• Coordinate across teams by establishing processes and ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering or management discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, program management, or fleet operations.
• Proven track record in managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Confluence.

Nice to have

• PMP Certificate.
• Prior experience in a startup or automotive environment.
• Experience in launch and scaling of volume production.
