What you will do

• Own the administration, optimization, and scalability of the GTM technology stack.
• Design and maintain integrated workflows across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms.
• Build and deploy AI-driven workflows to reduce manual operational overhead and improve execution.
• Drive revenue architecture initiatives to improve pipeline velocity, forecasting quality, and customer retention.
• Translate complex operational requirements into scalable technical solutions and orchestration logic.
• Coordinate cross-functional GTM systems initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations, or Business Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing complex GTM technology ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrating business systems.
• Experience implementing or operationalizing AI-enabled workflows within GTM environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (hirify.global participates in E-Verify).
