Salary: $102,817 - $173,883

What you will do

• Own the consolidated P&L, including annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes.
• Build and maintain long-range financial models to evaluate growth, profitability, and investment trade-offs.
• Act as a strategic financial advisor to senior leadership, surfacing risks and opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four financial analysts.
• Champion the use of AI and automation to streamline reporting and eliminate manual workflows.
• Deliver board-ready materials and executive presentations that distill complex financial data into clear narratives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with at least 2 years of direct management experience.
• Deep command of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40).
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in tools like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Pigment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in the Austin Domain office.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience at a public SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• MBA or CPA certification.
