Location: Greater Seattle Area. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum. Relocation provided.

What you will do
- Develop and execute environmental test procedures including thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, and EMI/EMC for avionics and RF assemblies.
- Configure and operate data acquisition systems, environmental test chambers, and associated instrumentation.
- Analyze test data and generate reports to resolve anomalies in collaboration with design and quality engineers.
- Design and procure test fixtures, adapters, and cabling harnesses, coordinating with vendors and machine shops.
- Maintain test equipment calibration and ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Aerospace Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in environmental testing (TVAC, vibration, shock, or EMI/EMC) on aerospace or defense hardware.
- Familiarity with SMC-S-016 or equivalent environmental test standards.
- Proficiency with data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or legal status as a refugee/asylee is strictly required.
Nice to have
- B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience testing RF components and knowledge of MIL-STD-461.
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and ESD-sensitive hardware handling.
- Familiarity with Windchill, JIRA, IPC-A-610, or NASA workmanship standards.
