Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and build test infrastructure for propulsion, fluids, and mechanical systems including pressurization, propellant loading, flow stands, and proof/leak rigs.
• Develop P&IDs, select components like valves, transducers, and flow meters.
• Fabricate, assemble, and commission fluid system hardware from cold iron to operation.
• Write, review, and execute test procedures for hazardous operations with cryogenics, high-pressure gas, and flammables.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems during active test campaigns.
• Support test operations as console operator, test conductor, or stand crew.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in test engineering, propulsion, or aerospace GSE.
• Demonstrated ability to build test stands from concept to operation.
• Experience with high-pressure fluid systems, cryogenics, or propellant handling.
• Comfortable in hazardous environments with procedural rigor.
• Proficient with DAQ hardware (NI, Beckhoff) and basic scripting for data acquisition.
• Able to read mechanical drawings; tube fabrication experience a plus.
