What you will do
- Drive the creation of product and feature roadmaps in collaboration with ICs and team leads across multiple disciplines.
- Facilitate rituals, track progress, and manage dependencies to ensure high-quality in-software results.
- Provide stakeholders with clear and accurate visibility into project status and forecasts.
- Maintain psychological safety, a healthy feedback culture, and effective conflict management within the team.
- Iterate on production processes to continuously improve velocity, collaboration, and visibility.
- Mentor and manage other production members of the team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as a game producer.
- 4+ years in a leadership position working directly on game production.
- Experience leading teams through the entire lifecycle, from prototype and discovery to delivery and live operations.
- Deep experience in developing meta-systems, including progression, social systems, and matchmaking.
- Experience managing development at a team-of-teams scale with 150+ internal and external developers.
- Experience defining external development strategies to scale production capacity without sacrificing quality.

- Experience with production tools like JIRA for tracking development and creating reporting.
