What you will do

• Own the production process for feature development, ensuring smooth implementation from pre-production to post-launch.
• Work closely with Game Designers and Engineers, ensuring that features are scoped realistically, developed efficiently, and meet quality expectations.
• Define milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring alignment between design and coding teams, as well as collaboration with other departments when needed.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior producers and other team members, helping them grow and excel in their roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles, ideally across various platforms (console, PC, mobile).
• Demonstrated experience in leading feature teams, particularly overseeing Game Design and Engineering.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Hansoft)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of live game services and ongoing content development.
• Experience working with external development teams and outsourcing partners.
