What you will do

• Own the production process for feature development, ensuring smooth implementation from pre-production to post-launch.
• Coordinate between Game Designers and Engineers to ensure features are scoped realistically and developed efficiently.
• Define milestones, schedules, and dependencies to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and proactively remove roadblocks to keep development on track.
• Lead milestone reviews and quality checks to ensure features meet design and technical standards.
• Provide mentorship to junior producers and drive a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles across various platforms (console, PC, mobile).
• Demonstrated experience leading feature teams, particularly overseeing Game Design and Engineering.
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines, tools, and best practices.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Hansoft.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Berlin, Germany.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
