What you will do

• Execute daily live operations for RoW regions, including event setup and reward configuration.
• Maintain operational whitepapers and configuration documentation.
• Support patch-related tasks, including event deployment and reward distribution.
• Coordinate publishing workflows for in-game assets and banners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Monitor live service stability and track issue resolutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the game industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
• Understanding of game event operations and live service workflows.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in game live operations or event configuration.
• Experience supporting mobile game operations.
• Basic English proficiency.
