What you will do
- Collaborate with operational leadership to roadmap priorities and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with application vendor(s) and coordinate/oversee supplier work aligned to agreements.
- Develop and execute IT product/service strategies and plans, driving innovation across the organization.
- Manage supplier performance through reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for support/maintenance work.
- Lead people management for assigned areas, including selection, development, and performance evaluation.
- Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets for assigned responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required) in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, HealthCare, Nursing, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership and IT Applications experience.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly in verbal, written, and visual formats for varied audiences.
- Knowledge of risk management processes and the operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses.
- Knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile) and phases of SDLC, with familiarity with DevOps concepts.
- Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and apply key principles/patterns applicable to the focus area.
