What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year roadmaps for physical security technology modernization aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Oversee strategic vendor relationships including contract negotiation, SLA management, and compliance assurance.
• Manage budgets and financial reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
• Lead deployment of smart infrastructure, analytics platforms, and automation tools to enhance operational capabilities.
• Provide regular executive updates including risk assessments and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support adoption of new technologies and workflows.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of experience in program management, vendor oversight, financial operations, and change management within regulated enterprise environments.
• Proven success in leading enterprise technology implementations, especially in physical security or infrastructure modernization.
• Strong understanding of data-driven performance metrics and KPI development.
• Ability to influence and build consensus across organizational boundaries at all levels.
• Expertise in executive communication and delivering compelling data-driven presentations.
