Technical Systems Analyst - Compensation | HR Tech | Experienced Hire (HR Tech/Compensation Systems): Managing and enhancing internal compensation platforms while translating business requirements into practical technical solutions with an accent on application support, data interfaces, and stakeholder analysis. Focus on implementing compensation solutions, validating data integrity, and coordinating projects across business teams and software developers.
Location: Onsite at the Bala Cynwyd headquarters in the Philadelphia Area, Pennsylvania, United States

What you will do
- Lead implementation and enhancement projects for compensation systems, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
- Analyze compensation business areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, design sessions, and surveys, then translate them into practical solutions.
- Provide application support and manage customizations, configurations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Define data interfaces and maintain data integrity through analysis, cleansing, and validation.
- Create project plans, status reports, and other project documentation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
- At least 5 years of experience in application implementation and end-user support or in HR, compensation, or payroll systems.
- Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC, including Agile, Lean, or Kanban environments.
- Strong SQL and Microsoft Office skills.
- Onsite availability at the Bala Cynwyd headquarters is required.
- Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Product or project management experience.
- Experience with compensation planning technology solutions.
- Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, Scribe, or similar integration tools.
