Associate, People Experience Partner (HR): Supporting the People Experience Business Partner team across assigned business units with an accent on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Location: Must be based in New York; office-first role (4 days a week in office)

Salary: $67,000–$72,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with PX Business Partners to execute people strategies related to talent, engagement, and culture.
• Support cyclical processes including performance management, compensation reviews, and talent calibration.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and serve as a resource for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to identify trends and inform people-related decisions.
• Contribute to PX communications, presentations, and special projects to enhance team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years of progressive HR experience.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in-office 4 days per week.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Spanish language fluency is preferred.
