TL;DR
Associate, People Experience Partner (HR): Supporting the People Experience Business Partner team across assigned business units with an accent on the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development. Focus on providing operational support, managing employee relations, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence to ensure workforce alignment with business goals.
Location: Must be based in New York; office-first role (4 days a week in office)
Salary: $67,000–$72,000 USD

What you will do
- Partner with PX Business Partners to execute people strategies related to talent, engagement, and culture.
- Support cyclical processes including performance management, compensation reviews, and talent calibration.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and serve as a resource for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to identify trends and inform people-related decisions.
- Contribute to PX communications, presentations, and special projects to enhance team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1–2 years of progressive HR experience.
- Must be based in New York and able to work in-office 4 days per week.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Spanish language fluency is preferred.
