What you will do

• Partner with North American leaders on performance, onboarding, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, engagement, and people development.
• Build knowledge of business objectives, workforce trends, and capability needs.
• Shape people strategies and practical solutions that support high-performing and engaged teams.
• Support organizational planning, change initiatives, transformation, and employee experience programs.
• Lead or contribute to global HR projects, templates, and frameworks.
• Handle local HR matters, policy interpretation, benefits administration, compliance, and safety practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of human resources experience, including work as an HR Advisor, Senior Advisor, Business Partner, or in a similar role.
• Experience designing and implementing change and people-related processes.
• In-depth knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; a valid passport and unrestricted driving license are required.
