Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Salary: $100,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to service lines, geographies, leaders, and employees across a global workforce.
• Lead and support organization design, performance management, talent reviews, promotion assessments, development planning, retention, employee relations, compliance, and change initiatives.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, compensation, recognition, and reward decisions.
• Guide complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations, including performance concerns, leaves, accommodations, and involuntary exits.
• Use people data, engagement insights, and business metrics to identify trends, assess risk, and recommend actions.
• Maintain HR transactions, reporting, and workflows in Workday and other HR systems while improving and scaling HR processes through technology, automation, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR or talent experience, including support for a global and culturally diverse workforce.
• Experience working in a collaborative, client-service-oriented environment; professional services or consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong coaching, collaboration, influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience using people data and insights to inform decisions, with sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters.
