What you will do

• Collaborate with operational leadership to develop roadmaps and translate business strategies into actionable outcomes.
• Manage relationships with application vendors to ensure deliverables align with organizational agreements.
• Drive innovation by challenging existing norms and leveraging technology to improve organizational efficiency.
• Direct all human resource aspects for the assigned area, including talent selection, development, and evaluation.
• Plan and control operating and capital budgets for the assigned areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, CIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership and IT Applications experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a confident manner.
• Knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and DevOps concepts.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Blom Administrative Campus in Columbus, OH.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with Design Thinking.
• Proven track record of effectively driving people, process, and technology changes.
• Strong expertise in supplier management.
