What you will do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints, de-escalate issues, and escalate to the team lead/manager or other internal resources when needed.
- Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and setup processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide professional support to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback on customer service process efficiency.
- Coordinate and communicate with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
- Location: Must be located in the United States
- Associate degree OR 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Call center experience.
- Proven remote work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and attention to detail.
- Good computer skills; experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
