What you will do

• Deliver established Service Connect curriculum to Service Managers, Directors, and CRM/BDC teams.
• Conduct engaging, high-energy in-person training sessions across the network.
• Support the implementation and adoption of consultative software and dealership processes.
• Guide teams in applying curriculum concepts to real-world service department operations.
• Partner with Project Managers to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage training logistics, equipment setup, and interactive classroom activities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in automotive dealership consulting or training.
• Deep understanding of fixed operations and service department workflows.
• Proven track record in service operations and software systems training.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and group management abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and manage training equipment.
