TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Berea, KY (Onsite/Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Deliver hands-on training to new hires and current team members to build skills and support safe work practices.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and certification programs for production processes and equipment.
  • Track and manage training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with supervisors and engineers to identify training needs and support process updates.
  • Facilitate training sessions using classroom, on-the-floor, and digital learning methods.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Berea, KY.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or onboarding in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR/training systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for group facilitation.
  • Basic mechanical or technical aptitude to support equipment training.
