What you will do

• Conduct software training sessions via webinars, in-person workshops, and virtual courses.
• Develop deep expertise in hirify.global Senior Living products, including Voyager, CRM, and EHR.
• Create and execute training plans aligned with project goals and user requirements.
• Teach users software navigation, key feature utilization, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Refine training content continuously to ensure alignment with software updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be based in or able to work in Oxnard, CA (Hybrid).
• Proven ability to teach, coach, and build rapport with others.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
