What you will do

• Develop and execute IT product and service strategies and roadmaps for revenue cycle areas.
• Manage relationships with application vendors and suppliers to ensure deliverables meet quality and performance expectations.
• Direct all human resource aspects for the assigned area, including selection, development, and evaluation of associates.
• Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets for assigned responsibilities.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to translate business strategies into technical outcomes and organizational innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, CIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Healthcare, or Nursing.
• 8+ years of demonstrated, progressive leadership and IT Applications experience.
• Knowledge of software delivery methodologies such as Agile, SDLC phases, and DevOps concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information and concepts to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of risk management processes and information security concepts.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a related field (MBA, MIS, CS, etc.).
• Proven record of effective leadership in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience with Design Thinking and strategic visionary planning.
• Strong skills in supplier and vendor management.
