What you will do

• Define and own a multi-year global applications strategy aligned with healthcare mission and growth objectives.
• Lead enterprise application portfolio governance, balancing innovation, risk, and cost across global stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-region application programs from requirements to deployment.
• Enforce SDLC standards and regulatory compliance frameworks including GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and performance accountability for strategic system integrators and SaaS providers.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and total-cost-of-ownership analyses for executive investment decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 7 years in senior application management or leadership.
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (medical device, health systems, or pharmaceuticals).
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise application platforms (EBS, JDE, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks: HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and SOX IT controls.
• Proven ability to influence and align executive stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience leading post-M&A application integration programs.
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML, MDM, revenue cycle optimization, or supply chain.
