What you will do

  • Lead the technical vision and strategy for the SaaS platform.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable products.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations to define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
  • Optimize team workflows, processes, and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Ensure engineering functions meet SLAs for uptime, performance, and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven leadership experience as a technical manager, lead, or director.
  • Demonstrable experience as an individual contributor in architecting and delivering complex software.
  • Knowledge of data models, APIs, and systems integration in distributed environments.

Nice to have

  • Significant domain experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Exposure to machine learning, analytics, or IoT use cases.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex requirements.
