What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise application development and support aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the optimization and integration of Salesforce (SFDC), Zuora CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, and Concur.
• Manage API connectivity and seamless platform integration across systems using MuleSoft.
• Establish and manage a global support model ensuring high availability and performance for critical applications.
• Enforce data security, regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR), and strict vendor SLA adherence.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of developers, architects, and support specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles with significant expertise in application development and enterprise support.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ for subscription billing and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Workday HCM systems.
• Proficiency in MuleSoft for API-led integrations across enterprise systems.
• Must be based in the United States (Alabama)
