What you will do

  • Develop brand strategies, digital cross-channel plans, and creative briefs for pharma accounts.
  • Synthesize consumer data and insights to drive integrated multichannel strategy development.
  • Design customer journeys and digital ecosystems to connect patients and physicians with essential tools.
  • Lead annual planning deliverables and manage multiple simultaneous strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to elevate the quality of client thinking.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and internal agency workflow efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic planning and related communications.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering multichannel strategies to market.
  • Strong digital and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working within an advertising agency.
  • Excellent storytelling and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital channels, CRM, and social media roles in strategy.
