Salary: $164,000 – $350,000 (based on location)

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a marketing team to drive awareness and conversion for telehealth, pet, and professional offerings.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products to ensure strong initial acquisition and revenue growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Creative, Insights, and Analytics to deliver holistic marketing plans.
• Develop and oversee processes for seamless execution of integrated marketing activities.
• Manage day-to-day execution of initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate marketing effectiveness across brand and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 15+ years of experience in integrated or product marketing (12+ years with a Master’s degree).
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
