Salary: $140,000 β $175,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies for the EverHealth portfolio focusing on acquisition, expansion, and advocacy.
- Lead and scale a high-velocity growth marketing team and manage strategic agency partnerships.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid digital, organic (SEO+AEO), social media, email, and events.
- Develop partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns and partner-driven lead generation programs.
- Implement customer expansion and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, attributed revenue, and cost per lead.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Experience in Healthcare tech or B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize acquisition costs and performance.
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
