Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote)

Salary: $140,000–$150,000

What you will do

  • Lead strategic planning for key clients and advance media capabilities across the team.
  • Orchestrate the development of strategic media plans aligned with client business goals.
  • Partner with communications planners to ensure alignment across audience, messages, and channels.
  • Oversee training curriculum on consumer insights and strategic idea generation.
  • Act as a C-Level partner to contribute to agency solution capabilities and growth goals.
  • Build trust with clients by providing expert insights into their business needs and data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of media strategy and planning experience.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Expert knowledge of the media landscape, including linear and digital channels with a focus on video and social.
  • Strong proficiency in planning and research tools like NMI, Commspoint, Kantar, and SimilarWeb.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for C-level communication.
  • Ability to travel for occasional onsite meetings.
