What you will do

• Develop strategic, cross-platform marketing programs for Health category advertisers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical and medical aesthetic clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Lead the MLR/PRC review process to ensure all programs meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Own program execution from proposal development and scoping to final delivery.
• Partner with Sales to shape strategic narratives and program structures for pitches and RFPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Production, Events, and Digital Strategy teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing (Rx).
• Strong command of pharmaceutical regulations and MLR/PRC review processes.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs end-to-end.
• Background in branded content execution, including video, social, and digital.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
