What you will do

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and integration of multifamily technology solutions across properties.
• Own the post-implementation lifecycle of technology platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and adoption.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team responsible for technology setup, support, and delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex system issues, coordinating resolution with internal IT and vendors.
• Partner with training teams to develop resources and improve platform adoption among property management staff.
• Analyze operational and project data to identify trends and recommend efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional/industry designation.
• 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing technology solutions.
• Experience with multifamily property management or ancillary service technology platforms strongly preferred.
• Proven people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
