Salary: $152,500 – $256,500

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of PMs focusing on technical, content, and localization workstreams for SEO and GEO.
• Establish a strong experimentation cadence to test and roll out growth levers for organic visits.
• Drive content strategies to improve discoverability in both traditional search engines and AI surfaces.
• Partner with Engineering to implement changes in templates, rendering patterns, and structured data.
• Collaborate with cross-company partners to increase hirify.global's presence where AI models learn.
• Define success metrics and create repeatable playbooks based on experiment learnings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or platform experiences.
• 2+ years of experience in people management, mentoring high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving organic acquisition or SEO performance.
• Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals (crawl/index, rendering/SSR, structured data).
• Strong stakeholder management and data-informed decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
