Product Specialist (Media Technology): Supporting Universal Destinations & Experiences by managing enterprise-level media management products with an accent on requirements gathering, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building cohesive end-to-end solutions for content/title management, scheduling, and distribution workflows.

Location: Must be based in Orlando, FL. This position requires a hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Execute critical initiatives for asset management and distribution workflows.
• Scope and collect customer requirements while providing guidance on best practices.
• Develop specifications and requirements for enterprise-level media management products.
• Create user stories and ensure build integrity prior to launch.
• Support development teams through sprint planning, testing, and product rollout.
• Project manage system rollouts and define processes for ongoing operational support.

Requirements

• Must have unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL.
• 2+ years of experience in product development, including requirements analysis and specification development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with emerging media technology products.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enabling customer workflows and operations.
• Strong technical understanding of web services.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and communicate with senior management.
