What you will do

  • Generate revenue and manage customer relationships to establish hirify.global as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop strong relationships with economic buyers and decision-makers to drive pipeline growth.
  • Position semi-complex consultative solutions based on client business needs and pain points.
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle, including RFI/RFP responses, contracting, and negotiations.
  • Track and forecast sales activity using Salesforce to maintain strong governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related sales experience.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations and develop value-based selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) for tracking and reporting.
  • Must be based in Canada

  • Experience working with large enterprise clients.
